  • What do I need to do before my appointment ?
    At the moment you will need to be shampooed and detangle before appointment until further notice.
  • Is shampoo included with my appointment?
    Yes
  • Is hair included with my appointment?
    Yes. Hair is included with braiding service ONLY. For extension service hair is not provided. Curly hair is not included
  • Where are you located?
    In Plaza with Smoothie King and Starbuck where Sallys beauty use to be inside of Leikys Salon next to Chinese restaurant
  • Can I get a same-day appointment?
    Yes, if time is available, you can book a same-day appointment. If you have any questions, please text with a picture and the time you want to book.
  • Do you braid tight?
    No, I ensure that the braids are comfortable and leave out edges to protect your hairline.
  • How do I Cancel my appointment?
    To cancel your appointment, please log in to the website or send us an email. Cancellations made within 72 hours of booking will receive a refund minus the processing fee. Cancellations made after 72 hours will incur a 50% charge of the service. To avoid this fee, you may choose to reschedule at the time of cancellation instead. Thank you for your understanding!
  • How do I add more then one service to my appointment
    Book service then from appointment page add other service
  • Will I lose my deposit if I cancel?
    If you cancel with 48 hours deposit is refunded minus the processing fee with 2-5 business days. depending on your bank
  • Do I lose my deposit if I reschedule my appointment?
    If you cancel or reschedule at least 72 hours before your original appointment, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. You have 7 days to reschedule to retain your deposit. If a new appointment is not scheduled within that time, the deposit will be forfeited.
  • How do I reschedule my appointment?
    Send email or send text message to 404-913-9044 with your Name, Service, New Date, and Time you will like to reschedule. New appointment must be with 7 days from original appointment date; After that you will lose deposit and will have to schedule again and pay deposit. If you are rescheduling after 48 hours window you will lose deposit for missed appointment
  • What day are you off?
    Close Monday and Tuesday only. Check IG if on vacation
  • I have a question about my style
    Send a text with a picture of the style and your question. I will reply as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.
  • When do I lose my deposit?
    If you cancel your appointment after the 72-hour rescheduling window, a new appointment must be scheduled with a new deposit
  • I want to use a different color braiding hair
    You will need to provide your prefer color if its not one of the ones I already provide (color 1, 1B, 2, 4). Type of hair is ONLY Pre-Stretch Xpression Outre. Also the price of your service will remain the same.
  • What curly hair do I need for Bohemian Knotless
    You may choose between synthetic or human hair, in any curl pattern of your preference. A minimum of two packs is required, though additional packs may be needed depending on the desired volume or number of pieces to be added.
  • What if I don't like my hair?
    Once you leave the salon, all services are final. If you are unhappy with something, please state that before leaving the salon so I can address your concern on the spot. If you leave and then voice concerns, it will be considered a new service and you will be charged. My goal is to always ensure you are pleased with the end result.
  • Will it be a price difference if I shampoo or bring my own hair?
    The price will remain the same. Fortunately my price is already reasonable for the service provide so I will not be able to discount any further.
  • Can I return hair purchases
    All hair sales are final. Please ensure you select the correct length and hair type, as no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
  • What is an FAQ section?
